Founded by two passionate Papua New Guinean women, our mission is to connect skilled and motivated workers with seasonal employment in New Zealand’s agricultural, horticultural, and viticulture industries.
With over a decade of combined experience in these sectors across New Zealand and Australia, we understand the unique challenges and opportunities within the industry. Our focus is on fostering strong, lasting relationships between businesses, workers, and communities—built on respect, understanding, and mutual growth.
Through the Seasonal Worker Program, PILA goes beyond recruitment—we facilitate economic empowerment, skill development, and community upliftment.
